PERSONAL STATEMENT
As a multi-site manager I have a record of consistent success across all retail, service
and performance objectives. I pride myself in my passion, my enthusiasm, my strong
work ethic, my intergrity and my 'go the extra mile' attitude. I utilise my creative and
innovative strategic thinking together with my coaching style management
techniques to instill commercial acumen and encourage individual excellence out
every member of all my teams. I believe that I have a good ability for recruiting,
nurturing and developing talent. I lead by example and I feel that I am able to
motivate and inspire the best out of people by staying positive and solution focussed
at all times. I am self motivated, success driven, commercially aware as well as being
naturally numerate, analytical and organized. My wide range of life experience has
given me the confidence to be comfortable working in ambiguity and the flexibility to
remain able to adapt to new ideas. My various in store experience has not only taught
me how to juggle multiple tasks but also how to prioritise and delegate efficiently. In
general over the years I have developed a keen eye for detail and I have learned
how to cope and support others to cope under immense pressure. I believe that good
communication and a happy team made up of the right people are the foundations
of a successful business.
