3. Role Context
Summary of Role:
To successfully lead the sales organisation to drive profitable growth throughout EMEA. The
role is pivotal in transferring the Company's strategy into timely and practical execution;
ensuring the organisation is structured, resourced, directed, and capable to deliver against
the requirements of the business plan and the strategy. Proactively drive sales initiatives to
successfully deliver against forecast on a quarterly and yearly basis.

4. Key Responsibilities
o Consistently exceeding sales targets
o Leading a top-performing sales team to drive revenue growth in existing and new accounts
o Executing strategic sales plans to meet organisational goals and boost profitability
o Implementing programs to enhance performance, including customer reviews and sales process improvements
o Utilising company tools to measure business performance
o Offering commercial insights to aid Executive Leadership Team decisions
o Proactively driving sales initiatives to meet quarterly and annual forecasts
o Keeping abreast of market trends and maintaining key influencer relationships
o Cultivating long-term relationships with customers and channel partners
o Spearheading business development, including exploring new market opportunities

5. Candidate Profile
o Degree in Business (administration, economics), Marketing, or relevant Engineering field, or
equivalent professional experience
o Experience in a medium to large international B2B organization
o Successful track record in a matrix environment and managing organisational change, preferably
in an international context
o Experience in enhancing sales team performance and implementing robust sales processes and
tools (e.g., CRM, funnel management)
o Familiarity with Miller Heiman methodology is advantageous
o Experience managing international customer bases, strategic pricing, and integrating new
businesses (acquisitions or mergers)
o Proven sales leadership in relevant industries, achieving sustained growth in existing and new
business across multiple countries
o Technical proficiency in Broadband Solutions, both internally and externally
o Proactive, flexible, and pragmatic approach
o English fluency to business standard essential, German would be advantageous
