Camera - The camera work thought this music video is poor. There is no controlled
use of camera but the camera shots suited the genre of the music. Slow paced and
calm. A positive about this video is the framing. The artists are always in the
frame and never cut out.
Editing - The editing in this video has not been challenged at all but the editing
suits the genre of the music. This video consists of simple cutting and some fades
but it does suit the video.
Mise-en-scene - As you can see from the image shown, the costumes is very well
thought through as they are wearing casual smart costumes attracting their target
audience.
Research + Planning – They clearly have researhed different types of music videos
as you can eaisly relate them to any mainstream boy band i.e. One Direction and
The Vamps who usually have performance videos. This video has also been
planned well and thought through as they have taken conventions from
mainstream videos and added them to their own.

The target audience for this video is clearly teenage girls. This has been
clearly shown by 3 single males singing about how they aren’t perfect and they
are so lucky to have such an amazing girl. Overall the video is not
aesthetically pleasing, so next time they should maybe think after different
settings which are more visually pleasing then rooftops. They should also
experiment with different types of editing techniques to make there video
more complex and show that they have talented skills. They should also have
an identity so people will remember this particular song.
