- End to end customer order management for assigned accounts.

Entering the details in the BUY sheet/Item SETUP sheet for customers like AMAZON. ARMY, AFFES, by collecting data from

Roles & Responsibility
Responsible for entering the orders in the ERP system BLUECHERRY to
Create, update and contribute commentary to weekly reports across different stores and different orders types.
Checking deliveries. Anything we are late, or shortage in goods needs to be looked and inform the sales team to fill order.
Issuing SS jobs. Generally, to fill at-once orders. They need to be set up same day, setting up new style set up with
UPC’s.
For any new style # creations - By-size UPC’s must be generated under the generic level so that any customer buying the
item will have the same hangtag UPC’s
Check on old bulk orders. Highlight where customer has not sent in order confirmations.
Run report every week for them, look into the NSR report and work on the ATS SKU’s and OTS WIP and any late deliveries
or shortages or wrong item needs to be reported to the sales team.
Coordinate with the production team regarding the shipment details and reason for late deliveries.
Update the sales or factories to do hot shipment based on the customer needs to avoid charge backs.
Working on Vendor’s portal.
