2) Product Planning
a. Partner with Merchants to forecast product / brand sales and profit components
b. Establish and maintain accurate demand forecasts and execute managing / anticipating product
changes, promotions, etc.
c. Actively participate in assortment development and review, providing data and analysis to support
decision-making
d. Collaborate on best strategies to address product liabilities and develop action plans to liquidate in a
timely and profitable manner

3) Business Process Management
a. Maintain business processes and serve as subject matter expert for process improvements
b. Balance workload thru multiple process steps (including buy planning and weekly re-forecasting)

a. Provide direction to Merch Planners to implement consistent and profitable in-season replenishment

Planner for Football, Footwear and Supporter Wear departments with a combined turnover of more than 200M
annually. Working with a team of Planning Assistant and 2 Merchandise assistant for managing allocations.
Driving performance of Football and Footwear Division across 95 stores with a turnover of 200m per year
The responsibilities over the assignment includes but not limited to
 Establish departmental budgets (Sales, GP, Margin, purchases) for the year.
