I’m proficient Grade-A Electrical Engineer with more-than 18 years of experience,
presently working as an Electrical & Interface Manager in Lusail City Projects under AL
JABER ENGINEERING with scope of Execution of complete Infrastructure works of HV/LV
Cable Network, 11KV Substations, Street lighting Network, Traffic Lights poles/Gantries,
Telecom/ELV/SSD Networks, Fire-Alarm/Fire Fighting’s, , 66KV Dry utility Tunnel, Rail
LRT Station basement Earthing protections, Sewer/Storm Pumping station Electro
Mechanical works etc.; managing all deliverables of the project.
Roles & responsibilities
 Review project documents, scope of work, Tender bulletins, Project specifications,
Design & IFC drawings.
 Identifying Electrical scope & Interface Testing commissioning scope of work.
 Review/preparation of Clash analysis, & technical queries.
 Review and preparation of meth-statements and Inspection & Test Plans.
 Review of material submittals from manufacturers/suppliers.
 Preparation of shop drawings, fitting drawings, single line diagrams, material
schedules.
 Assign works/equipment to Electrical Engineers as per planning schedules and
priorities.
 Check and monitor site execution progress in-line with QA/QC procedures
 Attend weekly progress meeting and technical meeting with consultant/client.
 Attend workshops with consultants/client for resolving issues/conflicts.
 Follow-up with authorities for any project related issues including permits.
 Attend bi-weekly authorities meeting to follow any outstanding issues like material
submittals, shop drawing approval, Inspections etc.;
 Review of, plan/single line drawings, schedules, raising of RFI’s for any missing
information or for any mismatching’s.
 Preparations of Testing and Commissioning method statements coordination with
subcontractors/suppliers and Vendors for all Electrical & Mechanical items.
 Preparation of Testing and Commissioning organization chart.
 Internal meetings with Testing Commissioning staff to discuss the activities
methodologies as per project requirements.

2.  Preparation of Interface Management Plan and General Testing & Commissioning
plans
 To review technical submittals of equipment and system for all Electrical &
Mechanical items and ensure its compliance with project requirements prior to
submission for approval of consultant/client.
 Arrangements with manufacturers for FAT visits along with consultant/client.
 Submission of FAT reports to consultant/client for information/review.
 On site material inspection along with QA team and consultant/client
representative.
 Testing/visual inspections of material on site like HV/LV Electrical cables, FO
Cables, Fire rated cables Transformers, HV/LV Switchgears, LV fuse boards,
Distribution boards, Electrical panels, Street Lighting Poles, Feeder Pillars, Traffic
Light Signal, Mini pillars, Luminaries, RTU’s Battery charging units, UPS, Access
controls, Fire Alarm/Firefighting equipment’s, HVAC Units, Sump pumps, Gate
Valve, Motorized gate valves all Small Power accessories.
 Raising of INR’s for material on site in compliance with project specification and
project requirements.
 Review of shop drawings prepared by engineering department prior to submitting
for consultant/client approval.
 Monitoring technical and construction teams to make sure the technical data
information of adjacent stakeholders are considered during preparation of
construction drawings and are implemented at site.
 Preparing and submitting of As-built Interface Information.
 Review of Red Markup drawings and submit for information of consultant/client.
 Preparation of Initial and Final testing’s check lists in compliance with project
specification, QCS and Authorities requirements.
 Preparation of Pre-commissioning/Commissioning check lists and submission for
approval of consultant client.
 Preparation of activity wise commission plan and submit for consultant/client
approval.
 Preparation of Spare parts list as per manufacturer recommendation and submit for
review and approval of consultant client.
 Preparation of Warranty/Guaranty list of equipment’s which requires warranties
and submit for consultant client information and review.
 Preparation of Training Manual’s (on site and room trainings) submits for
consultant/client review & approvals.
 Preparation of Operation & Maintenance Manuals and submit for approvals of
consultant/client.
 Logs of all deliverable maintained and updated through Testing Commissioning
Trackers during the project process
 Preparation of Final Dossier/closeout documents for the project along with QA/QC
manager.
