2. Introduction
Aim of the project:
To provide adult learners with new pathways to re-engage
with learning and improve their knowledge and
competences to consider making a transition into
enterprise
Objectives:
Bring together LLL professionals from across the fields of
Change Management and Enterprise, as well as those with
experience of working with older learners, to build a
programme (through a practical guide) that can be
disseminated to stakeholders linked to older unemployment
in partner countries

all of them were very open to sharing with and learning from
others
