J.L.Aznarte, LlTobarra & A.Sánchez-Elvira Staff Support during Coronacrisis 2 UNED compulsory final exams take place over two weeks in three convocations (ordinary in February & May; extraordinary in September). Students of each subject take their exam same day, same hour in every Center: About 200.000 exams in June From face-to-face final exams (controlled by our virtual EXAM management system) to a reinforcement of online continous assessment and final online exams through the development of a new virtual system of examination

J.L.Aznarte, LlTobarra & A.Sánchez-Elvira Staff Support during Coronacrisis Reinforcement of continuous assessment in our learning platform • The academic staff has to decide whether reinforcement of students’ assessment was required by adding more continuous assessment tasks to the learning platform • It implied to organize an institucional calendar for more than one thousand subjects in order to prevent that the platform could collapse due to the submission of a high number of assignments or the realization of thousands of synchronous tests from different subjects at the same time Action 1
