Responsible for all project records for two locations-AFE’s, two separate contractors. Receive material, maintain
inventory documentation to include reconciliation, transfers, inventory, surplus, scrap and close out tracking, verify
MTR’s, Pressure Test Records from vendor’s, resolve issues regarding missing MTR’s from vendor’s and supplier’s, heat
numbers to ensure the correct records are received. resolve material issues that may arise. Photograph materials as
received, wok with survey crew. Work with project contractor, inspection staff, operations group and management to
ensure all Project records are obtained per client’s guidelines. Receive and issue project reports, to project team members,
to include safety related information, incidents, training, orientations track man hours, office expenses. Order and
maintain office supplies and equipment during the project. Receive, review, reconcile project redlines and as-builts with
material lists prepare final material list. Prepare Hydro test records, welding records. Internal audit project records.
Prepare all construction close out records for turn-over to client. Review contract and assist with contract related
questions as they arise. Report directly to Chief Inspector and Construction Manager. Prepare and maintain construction
contact list and distribute to team members. Attend and participate in project meetings and conference calls. Many other

Records from vendor’s, resolve any issues regarding missing DOT records from vendor’s and supplier’s to ensure the
correct DOT records are received. Prepare material requisition’s and work with contractor and client and operations
group and management to ensure all Project documenting is obtained as per client’s procedures. Prepare field
spreadsheets for material received to verify to MTR’s and PTR’s. Maintain Project Material and DOT Records for the life
of the project to include Operator Qualification’s, weekly payroll, project contact list, man hours. Maintain all
construction project records according to client/company procedures. Work with and or assist engineering team
regarding drawings, material and all other project related concerns. Issue project reports, to all project team members, to
include safety related information, incidents, training, orientations. Assigned to three station’s Childress, TX, El Reno,
OK and Cushing, OK for the construction phase of the project. Maintain office supplies and equipment during the
project. Attend and participate in all construction conference calls and meetings. Receive and maintain inspection

Ensure project progress for each craft is tracked thoroughly and correctly for 7 separate lines from start up to close out. Responsible for all project records received from construction contractors, fiber optic, survey, X-Ray and electrical contractors. Work with project contractor, inspection staff, operations group and management to ensure all Project records are obtained per client’s guidelines. Receive and issue project reports, to project team members, to include safety related information, incidents, training, orientations track man hours, office expenses, project cost tracking. Order and maintain office supplies and equipment during the project. Internal audit project records. Prepare all construction close out records for turn-over to client. Review contract and assist with contract related questions as they arise. Report directly to Chief Inspector and Construction Manager including Houston Manangment Teams Members. Prepare and maintain construction contact list and distribute to team members. Attend and participate in project meetings and conference calls. Provide support and assistance to all project staff at all levels. Create various spreadsheets for effective daily work plans. Internal document auditing. Verify Operator Qualifications. Many other project related tasks performed as well not listed. 10/09/14 to 02/12/15 Utility/Material’s/Office Manager - Energy Transfer - 30” Dyersburg Line 100-2, Ohio River Modifications – Union City, TN Responsible for all project records for two locations-AFE’s, two separate contractors. Receive material, maintain inventory documentation to include reconciliation, transfers, inventory, surplus, scrap and close out tracking, verify MTR’s, Pressure Test Records from vendor’s, resolve issues regarding missing MTR’s from vendor’s and supplier’s, heat numbers to ensure the correct records are received. resolve material issues that may arise. Photograph materials as received, wok with survey crew. Work with project contractor, inspection staff, operations group and management to ensure all Project records are obtained per client’s guidelines. Receive and issue project reports, to project team members, to include safety related information, incidents, training, orientations track man hours, office expenses. Order and maintain office supplies and equipment during the project. Receive, review, reconcile project redlines and as-builts with material lists prepare final material list. Prepare Hydro test records, welding records. Internal audit project records. Prepare all construction close out records for turn-over to client. Review contract and assist with contract related questions as they arise. Report directly to Chief Inspector and Construction Manager. Prepare and maintain construction contact list and distribute to team members. Attend and participate in project meetings and conference calls. Many other project related tasks performed as well not listed. Completed project February 2015. 4/28/14 to 9/23/14 Material Construction Clerk/Office Manager - Centurion Pipeline - Childress to Valero Project Phase II – Childress, Texas, El Reno, OK & Cushing, OK Responsible for Material documentation, reconciliation, transfers, inventory, surplus. Verify MTR’s, Pressure Test Records from vendor’s, resolve any issues regarding missing DOT records from vendor’s and supplier’s to ensure the correct DOT records are received. Prepare material requisition’s and work with contractor and client and operations group and management to ensure all Project documenting is obtained as per client’s procedures. Prepare field spreadsheets for material received to verify to MTR’s and PTR’s. Maintain Project Material and DOT Records for the life of the project to include Operator Qualification’s, weekly payroll, project contact list, man hours. Maintain all construction project records according to client/company procedures. Work with and or assist engineering team regarding drawings, material and all other project related concerns. Issue project reports, to all project team members, to include safety related information, incidents, training, orientations. Assigned to three station’s Childress, TX, El Reno, OK and Cushing, OK for the construction phase of the project. Maintain office supplies and equipment during the project. Attend and participate in all construction conference calls and meetings. Receive and maintain inspection daily/weekly records, reports and distribute to the team. Records Retention, maintain DOT records, final close out processes to client. RFI, RFC records. Work with engineering group throughout life of project.
