    •   Worked as a Project Document Controller, Project Data & Management Department (PDDM).
    •   Manage supplier and engineering documents to ensure project member is using the latest
        engineering drawing and vendor data information.
    •   Process drawings for Inter-discipline Squad Checking for review by discipline leads within the
        agreed turnaround days.
    •   Prepares a summary of engineering and vendor report the status of all documents/drawings and
        notify all discipline leads on a weekly basis.

    •   Transfer all electronic documents processed files in HO directory and delete documents in POL
        under Supplier folder.

   •   Responsible for monitoring of engineering deliverables Tracking of Documents and sending
       drawings to client.
   •   Transmitting Engineering drawings to designated discipline through In-house Database. Encoding
       and recording of Engineering and Vendor documents. Record keeping and database
       maintenance.
   •   Scanning and drawing reproduction. Interface with all engineering disciplines.
   •   Establishes and maintains uniform system for internal and external issuing, tracking and reporting
       status of contract drawings, specifications and engineering documents.

   •   Contact vendors by letter, telephone or fax to establish and maintain vendor drawing and data
       submittal dates to coincide with schedules.

   •   Prepares, updates and distributes status reports of all documents received from vendors.
   •   Issues alert reports showing current submission status of data. Process and track, through a
       computerized system, all vendor documents.

   •   Ensure that Engineering and Vendor drawing configuration control is adhered to in accordance
       with the approved process.
   •   Interface with suppliers to receive and deliver drawings.
   •   Interface with the internal engineering dept to distribute and receive updated drawings.
   •   Perform a basic check on updated drawings e.g. signed off correctly, no obvious deviations from
       work flow process.
   •   Monitor the dates for requesting drawings from the supplier and required delivery dates as per
       contract program.
   •   Notify the Engineering Manager of deviations. File all drawings and documentation appropriately.
   •   Archive both paper and electronic copies. Provide working copies of the masters as required by
       the engineering department.
