SUMMARY
Over the year, I was able to learn project procedures and performed well in SmartPlant Foundation, InfoWorks and
Encompass and was able to support and ensure the success of the KXL/Cushing project. I took over some of the
responsibilities as Lead to ensure new scopes and FEED stage projects. I ensure the projects needs and deadlines are
met while assisting with other team members, and also help to assist the workshare with Beijing and Mumbai. In order
to meet accuracy of data management process, I worked well in coordinating client’s requirement with responsible
engineers. I was able to build friendly relationship with project engineers and team members. Currently, I’m supporting
Shell Improve Alliance on processing both Vendor Documents and Redline As-Building requests.
2012 - Present Document Control – EDM , WorleyParsons, Edmonton, Canada
Shell Improve Alliance. Processing Vendor Document Review and able to take addition role in
supporting Redline As-Built with disciplines, As-building turnover and varies document control
activities.
TransCanada – Keystone XL Pipeline. Ensuring all work meets customer requirements and is in
compliance with QA standards and company procedures and able to maintain the integrity of
information presented on documents. Attend project document control meetings with clients’ EDM
team to ensure proper workflow in reporting process.
TransCanada – BKE/Grand Rapids FEED - Able to pick up quickly on newly assigned projects in
understanding project data management procedures and meeting timelines while coordinating with
project engineers in project delivery through Encompass.
TransCanada – Lucas Delivery Station/ Houston Tank Terminal/ Bakken Terminal
 Provide quality EDM supports in order to meet accuracy of data management process

team members. Responsible for maintaining corrosion survey drawing information and reports in
database. Compile hard or electronic copies of reports as per client requests. Coordinate with
Quality Technical Manager to ensure proper workflow in reporting. Monitor and maintain the integrity
of information presented on reports and ensure that errors are quickly and efficiently corrected in
servers and databases for end users. Prepare field surveys for dispatcher Create drawings according
