Aux Sable owns a gas plant near Chicago IL that has the capacity to process in excess of 2 billion scfd of
natural gas and extract more than 100,000 bpd of natural gas liquids (NGL). The project involved the addition of
a $125 million Amine Extraction Unit. The Engineering and procurement was completed in late 2013.
Project Manager role providing oversight throughout the Engineering & Procurement phase of the project.
Responsible for monitoring the design process in conformance to Aux Sable’s (Owner) specifications in terms of
safety, quality, scope, cost and schedule. Specific responsibilities involved providing a single point of contact
between Aux Sable and the CB&I Tyler, TX design team (Contractor).
Activities included; defining and disseminating the scope of work, resolving issues by liaising with multi-
discipline representatives of Aux Sable and CB&I, ensuring that the Civil, Piping, Instrumentation, and Electrical
Deliverables were released in support of construction activities, oversight of 3D Model development,
participation in 30/60/90 Model Reviews, coordination of the Procurement Management activities of the project
to ensure equipment and materials were expedited to support the Project Schedule.
BP Natural Gas Liquids Fractionation and Storage Facility, Superior, WI – Pipeline Integrity - 2011

Project Manager - BP owned a natural gas liquids fractionation and storage facility in Superior, Wisconsin. The
plant receives and processes NGL’s then stores the individual components (ethane, propane, butane and
condensate) for distribution.
Responsible for an $8.5 million, NGL Pipeline Integrity Upgrade project. The assignment included project
management, team leadership and coordination, monitoring & controlling, Contractor Supervision, and project
closeout documentation. As the on-site Project Manager’s the role involved ensuring safety, acting as the
Client’s Representative, running construction meetings, maneuvering around the site coordinating with the T/A
team, local operations representatives and construction superintendents. This project included the demolition of
existing underground pipelines and large bore valves and installed a new above grade pipeline system, valves,
pipe racks, and valve skids. The work was completed over a roughly six month period in late 2011.

2010

Project Manager - BP initiated a Layer of Protection Analysis (LOPA) project to upgrade both their Superior,
Wisconsin Storage and Rapid River, Michigan Storage Facilities. The project involved installation of new Radar
Transmitter Leveling devices and associated controls.
Responsibilities for the Facility LOPA Upgrade included project management, developing the Scopes of Work
for both BP and the construction contractor, managed the interface between the BP and the contractor and
ensured the work was completed in a safe manner while meeting the cost, schedule, quality and budgetary
constraints.

TA Project Manager - Responsibilities for a $4 million dollar Storage Tank and Pipeline Turnaround project at
BP’s Superior, Wisconsin, NGL facility. The assignment included project management, contractor supervision,

The Project Management onsite role included acting as the BP’s representative for the turnaround overseeing
the construction contractors. The duties involved, ensuring safety, running construction meetings, maneuvering
