• Managing the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after
identification of manpower requirements.
• Manage a team and assist with the design, development and implementation of strategic staffing
strategies.
• Design and implement appropriate Job Descriptions for every level in the organization with a discussion
with the position holder and the direct reporting manager.
• Campus Recruitment and off campus recruitment.
• Administer joining formalities and smooth transition of an employee to onsite deputation.
• Preparing the Weekly, Monthly MIS report specific to Business unit & corporate requirements.
Having one to one discussion with the employee and working out option of retention with the business

• Coordinate with the finance team and ensure closure of the final settlement.
• Handling post separation queries of the ex-employees.
Compensation & Benefits
• Maintenance of Monthly leave Database and creation of appropriate reports.
• Send the final report to finance team for salary process.
• Preparing salary structure and taking care of the entire salary process.
• Supervising the timesheets and distribution of salary on time.
• Work in line with the finance team for the monthly salary, allowance and bonus and incentives.
Performance Appraisal and Employee Engagement
• Design of a performance appraisal system and Facilitating the performance appraisal process.
• Review and closure of performance appraisals, normalization of appraisal rating.
KNOWLEDGE PURVIEW
• Preparing HR imperatives for the year based on covering individual plans for relevant processes basis,
provide inputs on policy changes, headcount, vendor costs, cost per employee etc.
• Employee Grievance handling: Conducting quarterly open house with timely closure of actionable.
• Job rotation and succession planning in every dept. and re-arrange the job role to keep employees
engaged.
• Execution of employment engagement survey and action based on the survey results.
• Create an employee handbook.
• Partnering with the Business unit leadership team and conducting regular skip level meet with the
employees.
• Facilitating and implementing rewards & recognition program.
Vendor Management
• Coordinating with vendors to gather requirements.
• Agreements documentation, PO, Invoices and payments.
