· Updation of attendance eligibility, PF a/c number/ ESI ac number.
· Opening and uploading of employee salary account (Bank).
D. Employee Relation/ Employee Engagement/Training
· Addressing ground level employee queries and helping them to understand the company
policies and processes.
· Guiding them in taking decisions in terms of resignation, notice period, career path, KPI’s.
· Identifying and escalating the matters related to ER when ever feel is required
· Execution of employee engagement activities planned.

2. E. Statutory compliance
· Execution of Stat. Compliance as per the recommendation.
· Submission of monthly PF and ESI amount.
· Execution of ESI related issues of the employees.
F. PMS
· Collection of PMS forms within the TAT.
· Distribution of PMS letter to the employees.
· Addressing PMS issues to the reporting manager.
G. HR MIS
· Working on different HR MIS modules (Payroll Management, Employee Management, Master
Database of all employees, Leave, Recruitment, Training & Development).
· Submission of monthly HR MIS report, Attrition Report, Recruitment Report, Cost Report to
the management on Monthly basis.
