05/2015 to Current Director of Global Supply Chain Operations
Verifone Inc - Rocklin, CA
Managed 31 Inventory locations worldwide. Introduced ERP automated
inventory management software solution and monitor quarterly for policy
adherence and accuracy. Interfaced with our internal and external audit
organizations to maintain SOX, key control compliance and process controls.
Monitored all ERP user responsibilities and system access to manage our SOD
(segregation of duties) for functional system conflicts.
03/2013 to 05/2015 Director of Operations
Verifone Inc - Australia/New Zealand
Initial project was to respond to Internal Audit observations, understand root
cause and implement corrective action. Added this Management role to
oversee Operations. We were successful in lowering Repair TAT (turn-around-
time), reduce repair cost and minimize NTF (no-trouble-found) to acceptable
levels based on customer contracts.
Reduced time to customer on the Distribution deployments with new tools,
processes and new courier service.
Accepting and additional role in New Zealand with new company acquisition,
new property and build out, acquire and move of equipment, tools and
inventory. Personnel relocations and recruiting of employee gaps.
Once this was completed I hired new Operations managers for both
Operations, that reporting to me.
05/2000 to 03/2013 Director of Operations
Verifone Inc. - Lincoln, CA
Successful implementation of Oracle 10.7 ERP system, I would transitions from
ERP Project led to General manager to oversee the relocation of the Americas,
moving the Distribution Center into it's current Northern California location.
Overseen the movement of assets/tool/equipment, as well as the relocation
of personnel, which grew into of core team of 50 professionals, managing all
warehouse activities, procurement, import/export, value added services,
reconfiguration and Quality assurance. Established and negotiated a staffing
agreement with local agency to supplement my core team with, on average,
100 contract employees. Strengthened the company's business by leading two
additional Oracle upgrades (11i & R12) to improve efficiencies and time to
customer. Responsible for securing a new facility prior to the move Southern
California which to date has had 3 major layout remodels due to the need for
expansion. Since then we have expanded, by adding an additional facility for
inventory and storage.
