Managed a 300,000 sq. ft. highly diversified state of the art Distribution Fulfillment Operations of high mix stock
keeping units utilizing ASRS, RF Scanning and a user friendly WMS. Led a highly diverse staff of management and
direct labor personnel supporting a flexible 5x24 operating schedule. Developed new customer relationships,
negotiated longstanding and new customer contracts and renewals, initiated statements of work, service level
agreements and transactional pricing. Project managed multiple new product introductions.
