 worked at Pinnacle Public School –Gandhinagar :from March ,2014 .As Head mistress
 Taking care of all academic related work in the school(from Nur to grade 10) and part of

- As Head Mistress work with the principal to develop a vision and strategic view for the school
in its service to the community
- Formulating the educational aims, objective and target of the school and policies for their
implementation.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the school and its achievements.
- Motivate staff and pupils through interest, encouragement and recognition of their unique
value.
- Assume responsibilities for the discharge of principal’s function at any time when absent from
school.
- Determine, organise and implement curriculum policy of the school and meet statutory
requirement including national curriculum.
- Develop school policies on curriculum, assessment, recording and reporting for effective
teaching and learning process.
- Handle pupil disciplinary cases in accordance with school policy and the provision of RTE Act .
- Promote a school ethos which extends opportunities for learning and encourages
extracurricular activities.
- Participated in staff structure of the school, appointing teachers, to supervise in accordance
with the regulation for the appraisal of the performance of teachers in school.
- Implementing staff development policies like induction of new teachers ,to provide
professional advice ,support and training
- Records and document maintained were teachers work schedule, performance report of
academic staff, planning of curriculum, execution of lesson planning, student’s attendance
record.
- Assessment, maintaining evidence of evaluation scholastic and co scholastic areas.

- Planning, implementation, execution and documentation of life skill, work education, AEP,
