 Conduct the work shop.

 Coordinating with Head Mistress in curriculum, administrative
and organizational matter of the school.
 Perform various duties related to admission session.
 Work with the Headmistress in setting school targets.
 Accept corporate responsibility for decisions made and to ensure,
with the Headmistress, that decisions are implemented
 Assist the Headmistress in evaluating the success of the school’s
development plan.
 Undertake any other duties and responsibilities which the
Headmistress may reasonably require.
 Arranging PTM’s
 Coordinating with staff members of the school.
 Keep abreast of best practice in curriculum development and
teaching methods.
 Be responsible for the implementation and monitoring of the
school’s teaching and learning policy.
 Assist in determining the staffing requirements necessary to
deliver the timetable.
 Analyze and interpret examination and assessment results.
 Record all internal and external examination results.
 Deal with all post-results enquiries.
 Be responsible, with the Headmistress and Deputy Head, for
preparing the school for inspection/evaluation
