Key responsibilities -
Planning – Coordinating men and materials for developing Annual Operational Plans /Annual
Curriculum plan and academic auditing through mentoring and monitoring process in line with
the long term plans[vision]. Developed academic auditing tools like daily planner in Scholastic
and Co-Scholastic areas, weekly monitoring track and weekly review meeting system after
completion of six working days.
Operational Leadership: Provide professional leadership in terms of curriculum development in
order to deliver consistently high standards of education. Guiding the teaching staff in
preparation of lesson plan based on Project based learning form class I onwards, preparation
of assessment sheet according to the objectives of each lesson in all subjects, filing and
documenting the assessment sheets etc.
Academic Performance Management: Ensure high quality performance measurement for each
school student in order to raise the standard of academic achievement and improve the quality
of teaching and learning. Preparing standardized training material to ensure the quality in
teaching and learning and conduct training classes frequently.
Pastoral Care: Create and foster a culture of Pastoral care at every level with respect to teachers
and students and promote responsible stewardship in order to ensure that the educational
objectives are delivered and the morale of the school community is maintained to expected
standards.
Performance Management : Ensure that well developed performance management systems are
properly implemented within the school to track the performance of teachers, admin and
support staff in order to maintain and enhance expected achievement standards of school
performance.
School Procedures and Processes : Establish education and administration procedures and
processes in order to facilitate the school strategy effectively and efficiently and implement all
standard operating procedures as identified by School Management Committee.
Relationship Management: Establish and maintain good customer relationship between, a)
Students and Teachers b) Parents and Teachers c) school and the community, in order to widen
the educational horizons of students, build good community relations and favorably project the
image of the school. Guiding school parliament to conduct awareness class to public during
World aids day/ World Population day/ World Environment day etc.

Key responsibilities
Human Resource Development: Ensure that the school is staffed with high calibre professionals
who are motivated, trained, developed, engaged and retained to deliver the schools education
and business objectives. Participate in the selection of teaching admin and Support staff and
organise appropriate induction and training to enhance effectiveness.
School Information System: Ensure that all vital information about the school and academic
achievements are captured and reported in school web page and CBSE web page. Ensure the
publication of term wise -monthly newsletter of the school and class magazine /wall paper .
School Administration : Effectively and smoothly administer all support facilities such as
transport, health services, maintenance and infrastructure in order to ensure an efficient and
well run school. Monthly report in academic and non-academic performance of teaching and
non-teaching staff is submitting to the School management committee by standardised
monitoring tools.
Feedback to Parents and Students: Provide parents with timely feedback about the academic
and general progress of their children in order to create a partnership to ensure students
growth and progress. Organise parent-teacher meetings. Provide students with feedback on
their strengths and performance improvement needs so they can monitor their own progress

Teacher trainer: Preparing teachers hand book for CBSE and CBSE empaneled agencies in areas
like CCE, Co-scholastic aspect of CCE, CCE in various subjects, Classroom management and
Classroom Assessment Techniques, Digital leadership. Conducted training for more than 6000
teacher during the last three years as Master trainer of CBSE and CBSE empaneled agencies.
School leadership trainer: preparing and conducting workshop for school leaders in digital
leader ship, accreditation, preparation of Annual Curriculum plan, Strategic plan etc.
