Senior Manager – Account Management
• Responsible for establishing operational objectives and work plans, and delegate assignments to
subordinates. Review objectives to determine success of operation. Involved in developing, modifying and
execute company policies that affect the immediate operations
• Analyzed metrics and set inventory turns and aging goals for each Account Manager.
• Created an environment for employees to make changes and execute daily work with self confidence
• Responsible for multi-million dollar accounts ( DELL, HP, IBM, IOMEGA,EMC,APPLE,NETAPPS AND LSI)
• Responsible for forecast accuracy for Customer.
• Strong involvement with production/inventory planning
• Responsible for working with Factory/ R&D/ Hub Locations to assure fulfillment of product is on schedule.
• Scheduling customer visits/ weekly calls with buyers, Sales and Factory Globally ( Asia, Europe and USA)
• Responsible to communicate End of Life product, working closely with Quality team to assure pilots and
qualification units are distributed on a timely basis.
• Point of contact for customers who have issues or questions regarding inventory and future shipments
• Acts as advisor to subordinate(s) to meet schedules and/or resolve technical problems
• Develop and administer schedules, performance requirements
• Create and follow processes and operational policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining
solutions
• Work on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of
factors, including an understanding of current business trends
• Regularly interact with Customers almost on a daily basis
• Dedicated to working closely leading a cooperative effort among members of a project team.
• Manage the activities of the department with responsibility for results, including costs, methods and staffing.
• Responsible for meetings before and after normal business hours with Asia and Europe
• Work with Pricing team to assure list price and or SPA prices are in the system
• Assure all customers are set up correctly and review all Purchase orders processed.
• Work closely with SOX and Legal to assure customer is set up and Purchase orders are in order to assure
no room for error or potentional losses.
• Manage a staff of up to 10 Exempt and non exempt employees
• Act as the secondary source to the customer in the consolidation of product fulfillment and communicating
changes/alternatives to the customer.
• Processing of EDI orders
• Coordinate training for employees
• Develop new enhancement requests for all systems connected to processing customer Purchase
Orders
