• Maintain business system integrity regarding supply orders.
• Assist in managing weekly order status reporting.
• Prepare all document needed by our procurement manager.
• Making all the quotation and preparing LPO’s.
• Review and resolve supplier invoice discrepancies.
• Check all the product or shipment that come in a day make sure all product is
in good condition and in right quantity.

• Initiate purchase requisitions for the replacement of stock of all regular stores

limit fixed in respect thereof.
• To ensure safe keeping both as to quality and quantity of materials.
• To issue materials only in required quantities against authorized requisition
notes/material lists.
