 Plan and coordinate production schedules working closely with the Site Production
Manager.
 Review production specifications and identify and report plant capacity constraints.
 Resolve manpower and material shortage problems in a timely manner.

 Analyse delays and interruptions and accordingly adjust production schedule to meet
deadlines.
 Create all relevant Production Order paperwork for the Production Mills on SAP.
 Completion of all Production Orders once machined on SAP .
 Maintain SAP database for all the Production Mills capacity.
 Coordinate with Site Production Manager in planning and implementing engineering changes
in production lines.
 Execution of production plan twice daily and discuss/resolve any potential issues in a
timely fashion along with Shift Managers and Engineering.
 Develop effective scheduling process to achieve production objectives.
 Work with Managers to develop potential solutions to improve production performance.
 Maintain production documentations and generate routine and ad-hoc reports.
 Analyse back orders, current orders and upcoming orders to prioritize, plan, and schedule
the production operations.
 Coordinate with production, purchasing and finance teams to develop and maintain
scheduling parameters.
 Work with management in coordinating and planning production activities to improve
runtime (OEE)
 Oversee routine equipment maintenances to avoid outages and repairs during production.
 Maintaining and creating BOMs/Routings and Standard Text for new/existing products.
 Raise Purchase Orders as and when required for Sub-Contracts.
 Escalate complex issues to Manager for resolution.
 Maintain aged stock ensuring it stays within the target set for the site.
 Respond to Sales enquiries and concerns in a timely fashion.
 Ensure that materials are used and handled appropriately to avoid scraps.
 Investigate production problems, and assist where possible to offer a solution.
