management (Supply chain Process) for 4.2 years
Job Responsibilities
• Working in order management for EMEA and USA regions which is related to industrial enzymes.
• Receiving and reviewing the purchase orders from the sales department and from the customer and
processing them in SAP system as per the customer requirements.
• Creating the deliveries on daily basis to ensure on time goods delivery to the customer and sending out the
delivery / pending delivery reports to the front end team to maintain the healthy process metrics.
• Creating the shipments in SAP system to make sure on time dispatch of the goods and coordinating with
the freight forwarders to modify or to get the shipment status.
• Creating and sending out the documents, like delivery note, certificate of analysis and customs invoice to
the freight forwarders to achieve customer request and to maintain the smooth customs clearance process.
• Handling import documentation process and coordinating with freight forwarder for status of the
shipments, and arranging road transportation from harbor to warehouse / plant based on the stakeholders
request.
• Follow up with production plant, warehouse, stakeholders and freight forwarders on the status of the
goods.
• Resolving any issues with regards to import documentation with freight forwarders and warehouse team
and preparing daily status report of imports shipments
• Worked as a customer support manager at Hewlett Packard for APJ and EMEA region for order
management (end to end process)
• I have been the first point of contact to the customer through telephone or email for any clarifications,
change or to get the status of their orders.
• Worked in EMEA volume direct operations consists of two teams across seven regions involved in order
fulfillment activities like (QUOTE to WON Deal creation) and supply chain process (order management).
• Entering the order in CCA tool / SAP as per customer requirements within the given TAT and with
accuracy.
• Responsible for end to end order completion and giving a healthy process metrics
• Proficient in maintaining healthy relations with clients and other stake holders in implementing day to day
operations, delivering defined metrics on a regular basis
• Working on SAP to release orders/blocks and perform changes and cancellations within SAP system.
Additional Activities
• Ensure the transaction processing management is getting the proper visibility on the activity
• Subject matter experts for the process that they are associated with and work in close association with
production
• Handling reports which includes backlog reports and daily status report
• Part of 180 degree project which is offloading process of the front end activities and direct contact with
the customer related to the order.
• Part of accuracy project to drive through zero defect with the reduction rate of 30% error month on month,
analyzing top three errors for the month and planning for an action items for each error category.
• Updating/validating general confirmations from customer in team share point.
• Quality check on the purchase orders to avoid any possible escalations, complaints from the customer and
to deliver the errors free transaction.
• Reporting sales order TAT analysis report to stack holder on weekly basis.
• Handling calls with front office and resolving the issue/evaluate the performance of the team on weekly
basis.

• E-award for resolving customer issues & reducing customer escalations through timely action
• Brought new focus on partner / customer education on process thereby reducing the dependency on the
front end team
