Roles and Responsibilities
• Involve in migration of PeopleSoft 8.3 public queries to 9.1 PeopleSoft - query
retrofitting, testing 9.1 public queries, documentation (Preparing SOP, PMAP,
FMEA FAQ), training the team on 9.1 process and handling the issues/inquire.
• Lead work transitions from different group to our team (Projects: Survey
project, Bravo reports, US & CAN PeopleSoft payroll reporting).
• Perform UAT testing for any changes in PeopleSoft as part of enhancements or
projects
• PeopleSoft Reporting: Add/delete/modify/run queries when required and ensure
appropriate controls and audits are in place. Generating the reports using
PeopleSoft 8.3 & 9.1 Query tool, Audit the report values with PeopleSoft
database before sharing to the customer. Reviewing customer Access before we
send the reports.Support HR, Payroll, Benfit and Audit reporting.
• Create & Schedule Cognos Reports: Knowledge on reporting HR Dashboard,
OBIEE, Cubes, Census and Turnover, compensation, OEF, Talent and staffing
reports. This project is to create a push report based on the requirement from
the Customer using IBM Cognos. This involves creation of roles and aligning the
appropriate report views created for the requirement, this role access can be
granted to the requestors in need of this kind of reports.
• HR Scorecard Project (Executive Reports): Pull multiple reports to get Staffing,
Turnover, compliance & Six Sigma metrics and perform data to arrive at metrics
on monthly basis to report Scorecard to Honeywell Leadership people.
• Global Query cleanup Project: As a part of query migration from 8.3 PeopleSoft
to 9.1 PeopleSoft, involved in standardizing the queries in all regions. The
process is to identify all the private and public queries in all regions and
standardize the useful queries and also identify the queries with same logic and
direct the user to use available queries.
• Staffing Scorecard: Monthly we pull raw data file from CSAT(Customer
satisfaction) tool, the data’s are modified to graphs and numbers based on the
region, employees band and so on.
• Proficiency with HR technology tools including: PeopleSoft, MDA, GCP, HPD, 360
Feedback, Bravo, eTalent, LMS.
Operations Management
• HR transaction for employees from hire stage to termination.
• Setting up of the new employees in PeopleSoft and also updating the changes of
current employees as per the requirements.
• PeopleSoft query built for internal audit purpose
• Manage employee data & updating in all relevant HR systems
• Doing End to end HR Services and solutions in PeopleSoft
• Generating the reports using PeopleSoft tool. Audit the PeopleSoft report values
with Master report.
• Responsible for updating all kind of Employee data changes and communicating
with relevant stake holders
• Meeting the Internal payroll cut off to make sure employee gets paid on time.
• Effectively engage & leverage senior management and influence/manage in a
matrix environment.
• Co-ordination of multiple projects and program teams simultaneously across the
HR functions.
• Created and maintained project status reports, project plans, time lines, and
task lists.
• Gathering all relevant information on a case before progressing to discuss with

processing.
