Here is a 3-paragraph, 350-word summary of the key points on how social media has impacted youth culture:
Social media has significantly influenced music and how young artists promote themselves. Previously, musicians relied on live performances and demos to build an audience, hoping to gain recognition from labels. Now, social platforms empower all artists by providing a wide reach to showcase their style and personality. Artists utilize platforms like Twitter, Instagram and YouTube to connect with fans, distribute music videos and create engaging content - one of the most effective promotional strategies today. Social media has revolutionized the industry by leveling the playing field and allowing raw talent to be discovered independent of traditional industry gatekeepers.
Communication styles have also shifted with rising social media use

Memorandum Of Association Constitution of Company.pptseri bangash
www.seribangash.com
A Memorandum of Association (MOA) is a legal document that outlines the fundamental principles and objectives upon which a company operates. It serves as the company's charter or constitution and defines the scope of its activities. Here's a detailed note on the MOA:
Contents of Memorandum of Association:
Name Clause: This clause states the name of the company, which should end with words like "Limited" or "Ltd." for a public limited company and "Private Limited" or "Pvt. Ltd." for a private limited company.
https://seribangash.com/article-of-association-is-legal-doc-of-company/
Registered Office Clause: It specifies the location where the company's registered office is situated. This office is where all official communications and notices are sent.
Objective Clause: This clause delineates the main objectives for which the company is formed. It's important to define these objectives clearly, as the company cannot undertake activities beyond those mentioned in this clause.
www.seribangash.com
Liability Clause: It outlines the extent of liability of the company's members. In the case of companies limited by shares, the liability of members is limited to the amount unpaid on their shares. For companies limited by guarantee, members' liability is limited to the amount they undertake to contribute if the company is wound up.

Capital Clause: This clause specifies the authorized capital of the company, i.e., the maximum amount of share capital the company is authorized to issue. It also mentions the division of this capital into shares and their respective nominal value.
Association Clause: It simply states that the subscribers wish to form a company and agree to become members of it, in accordance with the terms of the MOA.
Importance of Memorandum of Association:
Legal Requirement: The MOA is a legal requirement for the formation of a company. It must be filed with the Registrar of Companies during the incorporation process.
Constitutional Document: It serves as the company's constitutional document, defining its scope, powers, and limitations.
Protection of Members: It protects the interests of the company's members by clearly defining the objectives and limiting their liability.
External Communication: It provides clarity to external parties, such as investors, creditors, and regulatory authorities, regarding the company's objectives and powers.
https://seribangash.com/difference-public-and-private-company-law/
Binding Authority: The company and its members are bound by the provisions of the MOA. Any action taken beyond its scope may be considered ultra vires (beyond the powers) of the company and therefore void.
Amendment of MOA:
While the MOA lays down the company's fundamental principles, it is not entirely immutable. It can be amended, but only under specific circumstances and in compliance with legal procedures. Amendments typically require shareholder

3. BBC
Three
BBC is a service which is operated by the BBC, it was
established on the 16th February 2016. It as launched as a
servicer to replace the BBC Three channel which closed
down on the same day but then the channel was brought
back on 1 February 2022. The BBC as a whole don’t have
a direct target audience but BBC Threes ideal target
audience is 16-34 year olds, they aim towards that target
audience by starting the BBC Three at around 7pm and
ends at 4am, this targets the students that have just
finished schools and work. From 7pm-9pm BBC Three is
aimed towards the younger side of their target audience
that have just finished school and college but they have a
watershed that begins at 9pm which aims towards the
more older adults.

5. Existing Documentaries :
Uncovering Rape Culture
(2021)
This documentary fits two of the documentary types, expository (as it is
exposing rape culture and exposing a certain subject etc) and participatory
(as the film maker and the documentary have a clear relationship, Zara
McDermott is asking questions and appears to be on screen a lot, she also
has her own personal experiences with the subject of this documentary,
this works for the subject as she is exposing the rape culture and is
involved a lot with the process of the documentary as she has her own
experiences, this adds to the feel of the documentary as it feels personal
and not so monotone. In this documentary there is talking heads as she is
asking questions and a lot of footage, archive and reacting footage, this
adds to the documentary as it shows that it is authentic and professional.
This documentary was made to inform and educate others on rape culture.
This wasn’t really made to entertain as it is such a deep subject matter and
during the documentary it had the theme of educating and
uncovering/informing others about rape culture. This documentary is on
any BBC streaming service or on the channels, it is only streamed and
owned by BBC as they create their own content and don’t use or give their
content to anyone else out side of the BBC. This documentary was BBCs
most requested actual TV programme of 2021 and was nominated in 2021s
NTAs.
6. Existing Documentaries :
Pamela, a love story
(2023)
This documentary was many types, mainly participatory, this was because Pamela was
heavily involved in this documentary, only she really spoke and the footage all included her
and she spoke about her story, this works for this subject as she stated at the start that she
wanted to tell her story and that she was going to show it. This documentary uses a lot of
talking head footage and personal footage from Pamela herself, whether this is just footage
of her talking about her story in her kitchen, it doesn’t feature talking heads of other people
but more of an interview of herself as the whole point of this is that she wants to tell and
explain her story rather than have anyone else do it for her. This documentary features a lot
of archive unseen footage of Pamela herself plus other people and also has lots of
enactments, but most of it is archive footage, this shows that this documentary is purely
wanting to be very authentic as it has a dig at the show which was based off her story and
was false in many ways so this documentary was meant to be the opposite eof that and show
the truth. After watching this documentary, I believe that this documentary was made to
inform and educate, I know this because she states in this documentary that she wats to
clear the air because of the recent show that came out about her and her ex partners story
which was untrue, she wanted to tell her side of the story and the truth and to educate
about the realistic version of fame. This documentary is on Netflix only as it is a Netflix
original, with Netflix originals they aren't on any other platform as it is Netflix's content and
it wasn’t made for any other platform, this is similar to BBC in the way that they make their
own content and it is only shown by them and not on any other streaming platforms or
channels. Netflix uses that to get people to buy their prescription and BBC uses that so
people are more loyal to their streaming services and will be more likely to get a TV licence if
they don't already have one. It is a very recent documentary and it hasn’t ben award season
yet, this means that this documentary might be nominated and win awards in the future but
it is too soon as of yet to know if it has any awards.
7. Existing Documentaries :
The Cove
(2009)
This documentary id the expository type of documentary as it has the
‘voice of god’ and it is also exposing the hunting of dolphins. There is a
use of talking heads, with the activist Ric O’Barry asking all of the
questions, there s a lot of archive and new footage of dolphins etc and we
find out a lot on the hunting practices in Japan. The use of talking heads
give off a very personal point like we are going through the investigation
right with them, this allows the audience to feel way more impacted to
the story and feel connected and willing to want to know more about the
hunting practices. This documentary was meant to educate others about
the questionable dolphin hunting practices in Japan. This documentary is
on Amazon Prime, YouTube, Google Play Movie and Apple TV, this
documentary was made by a film production and was
sold to be shown on different platforms and channels.
This documentary has won many high profile awards
over the years
8. Subject Matter – Social Media
For this project I wanting to show the impact that social media has had on the youth culture in many aspects. Social media has affected the way that people act over the years and how
communication between people have been altered.
Music – Social media has an impact on the way music is presented and the audience of music, Social Media and technology has revolutionised the music industry, allowing artists to use social media to their
advantage. Social Media is a new way for artists to connect with their fanbases, they have utilised the likes of Twitter, Instagram etc to promote their music, show their identity and to connect with their fans. In
the past musicians would have to do things like recording demos of their songs and give them to fans to promote their music, and if there was any shows at a venue, they would take any chance they could get to
sing to others can gain recognition that way. These efforts were to gain recognitional and to hopefully gain a following from these live performances, and to ideally get a A&R representative from a label to help
get them an ins into the industry and to push them in the right direction. Social media has changed how bands and artists promote themselves and get recognition, bands in the present day still use the same
tactics of doing live performances however, thing have changed with social media as it even the field and gives everyone a fair chance and it's just not on the right time and right place and it empowers artists to
show their style and their hobbies. The various social medias allows artists to reach a wide platform of people in minutes. With the social media platforms , artists can create content and can post it on their social
medias, they can create music videos for their music an just post normal posts to show their personality and identity more. Creating content and distributing it is one of the most effective way of gaining an
audience in this day in age for artists.
https://www.jukeboxliveband.com/blog/howsocialmediaaffectsmusicindustry#:~:text=Social%20media%20connects%20fans%20to,stronger%20bond%20with%20their%20audience.
Communication – Social media can effect communication between the younger generation, people are used to using social medias such as snapchat, Instagram etc and phones. This is easier for the younger
generation as before they had to only have phones at home and if any last minute changes happened before plans the other person would not know. Because of this new technology people are more prone to
getting social anxiety and are not as friendly in person or open as they are on social media. https://www.ucanwest.ca/blog/media-communication/how-has-social-media-emerged-as-a-powerful-communication-
medium/
Identity – with the new technology everyone is very influenced by others identities, with the social media platforms everyone has their own identity and how they choose to present themselves, everyone can be
influenced by clothes that people where. By showing their identity and interests on the public platforms people can become influencers and role models for the younger generation, people can get inspiration
from other people style wise and they can promote products for people to buy. https://influencermarketinghub.com/what-is-an-influencer/
Cancel culture – These influencers can get cancelled for mistakes they have made in the past, simple or complex. People can get bullied for a mistake they made in the past to the point of that they have no career.
This phenomenon is to make people take accountability for what they done bad, this is by shaming them etc, sometimes it can go too far and bully people into a depression over a simple mistake. Cancel culture
can sometimes be hypocrite as they can cancel someone but if they come back with no apology they can act like nothing has happened. People how have been ‘cancelled’ are able to come back if their content is
deemed as good. https://www.nytimes.com/2020/12/03/t-magazine/cancel-culture-history.html
9.
10. Feedback
In this question, I have found out that people go on their phone for 6+
hours which is higher than the average, this shows that the younger
generation use phones and social media more than thew older generation
and they rely on it for general entertainment and communication. This is
interesting and it shows the difference between the impact of technology
on the older generation compared the younger generation who use it for
long hours daily. This will inform my ideas on the documentary as it shows
that there is a problem with how long the younger generation is on their
phones for.
The people who did this survey are mainly the age of 16-18, it was
pretty even as nearly half were 19-24 as well. I know that there is
more people who are 16-18 that have done this survey than people
who are 19-24 year old.
11. This gives me an idea on what social media platforms that the
people who did my survey use, it also gives me an idea on what
social media platforms that are used the most. From these results I
know that Instagram and Snapchat are used the most, Instagram
and Snap chat are the main two social medias that are used for
communicating and texting other people, they are also used for
their camera and their filters which people can use to send pictures
to each other. This will inform my ideas for my documentary as I
know that the main thing for why people use social medias is to
show their identity, using filters which can affect mental health and
to talk to other people on the internet.
This tells me that the younger gender would rather text someone rather
than talk to them, this gives me an idea on what to mention in my
documentary as it shows that the younger generation might be more
unapproachable or awkward in person because they are used to
texting, I can link this to lockdown and how that affected peoples
mental health and that their main form of communication at that point
was over social media etc.
Feedback
12. Feedback
From these results it shows that people use their phones in any time of
their daily life, even in times when they aren’t supposed to like in lessons
or at work. This will help inform my ides for the documentary as it shows
that the younger generation rely on their phones in daily life, I can
compare phones to an addiction, with the younger generation always
having their phone on them and using them when they aren’t suppose to
as well.
This links to the last question, as it proves the point even more that
the younger generation rely on their phones for entertainment and
communication, in my documentary I could mention that they have
a ‘fomo’ (fear of missing out’, but I will evaluate more on that on
my focus group as well.
13. Focus
Group
Questions
- What is your most used app and why?
- What is your least used app and why?
- If you use social media daily, why is that??
- Would you feel a fear of missing out if you spent longer than a day without
your phone?
- What is your main use of social media? (contacting people, entertainment,
inspiration etc.)
- Did lockdown and Covid change how much content you were consuming
and how much you were using social media daily and was there any long
term affects of that?
14. In this focus group, I asked people their age and their name . I asked questions
about social media and why the go on social media, what app they use most and
least and why. Everyone who is in my focus group I with the target audience. From
my focus group I know that everyone in my group uses social media a lot on the
daily and they said that because of covid it made them go on social media a lot
more for entertainment, communication etc. From this focus group I know that
my main idea for my documentary will be how lockdown affected social media
and mainly communication between the youth, and how lockdown made social
media much more advanced because of how many people are using it daily and
how many people rely on social media and technology. Everyone had similar ideas
on why they used social media so much but communication was everyone's main
answer so I am using that as my main point. Because of lockdown and how much
people are on social media lately, people feel like their missing out a lot and would
find it hard to spend over a day without their phones and social media, one of
their main reasons why is because their main source of communication is though
social media so without that they'd have to communicate more face to face, I will
include these ideas and reasons in my documentary and analyse them and go into
it deeper by doing taking heads and research into their youth and social media
and how lockdown has advanced social media and changed the way youths act
and communicate and their identity.
Focus Group Video and analysis
15. Audience Profiling Gender & Age
The gender for this project doesn’t have any impacts as it is
about the youth as a collective and social media so I
wouldn’t need to edit the documentary a certain way to
target it to a specific gender. The target age for this
documentary is 16-24 year olds as my documentary will be
shown on BBC Three which is aimed at aimed for teens and
young adults, this will make an impact on the documentary
as BBC Three airs at 7pm, the watershed starts at 9pm so
more people will be able to see the documentary then as
they would be back from school/work, my documentary
might have distressing images or swearing that would be
unsuitable for a younger child who is below 16, the water
shed makes sure that my target audience will be able to
watch the documentary and I would be able to have more
swearing or distressing stories etc in the documentary if
needed
Hobbies & Interests
The hobbies and interests that my target audience would
have would be some thing to do with social media ideally,
this could maker them aware of the changes that social
media has made on their lives and how reliable they are on it
on a day to day basis, whether they use it for
communication, inspiration or entertainment they would be
something to relate to in the documentary. If their interests
are music they might also have something to relate to as I
briefly talk about the impact that lockdown and social media
has had on music, but my documentary is mainly aimed for
communication, mental health and lockdown.
Psychographics
The target audience for this project will be people who are
aspirers (typically younger, care about image, looks and
persona and seeks status), explorers (typically young, seeks
discovery, individualism and experience, they value difference
and adventures, and finally there is reformers (seeks
enlighten, freedom with no restrictions and personal growth,
social awareness and independent judgement, they are anti
materialistic but have good taste.)
Social Grade
The social grade for my target audience would be E for the
students mainly and it could go up to any other higher
number like B which is teachers, this could be a potential
career for someone who is 24 and anything higher like A
(bankers, doctors) would be too high for the age of 24 and
unrealistic. The social grade doesn’t matter much for this
project as everyone who is in the target age could be
interested in the documentary, students would be the most
important as they are younger and will see how much they
use social media as normal
