1. Facebook has more than 1 billion active users. Facebook can be used by sharing your
opinion, creating events, and making new friends. Anybody that is interested with social
media can use Facebook. I use Facebook for keeping in touch with my friends and
family. I have a huge family and it is easier to post how I am doing, instead of calling all
of them. I also use Facebook for some of my classes. We have private pages where we
can talk about assignments. I feel like Facebook does not affect the real time element
because it helps you meet new people and it helps you meet up. It also promotes
collaboration because it is an easier way to get ahold of people. When you have a
group project, it is easier to ask them on Facebook, rather email. Facebook can be
awesome in a classroom because you can add the student’s guardians. You can post
assignments and project ideas. It is really nice to have when you are at home and
cannot remember what you were supposed to do from homework.
