A- There are 20 students, 11 boys and 9 girls.
S- Today, the students will create a powerpoint presentation about the animals of the rainforest and
present on the Smartboard what they have learned with 100% accuracy by the end of the class.
S- Using the tool, powerpoint on word, each group will make their presentation. It must be at least 4
minutes long and must include the follow:
Five slides / Five pictures of your animal that you choose
Slide 1: Welcome page with your animal
Slide 2: What do they eat?
Slide 3: When do they sleep?
Slide 4: Are they dangerous?
Slide 5: Why did you pick this animal?
U- The media used is the word tool. This tool is easy to use for all and they have endless options on what
they can put on their powerpoint.
R- By walking around and helping and watching them as they present and I will be able to keep an eye
and keep the kids focused.
E- I will evaluate the students on the last day by reviewing their powerpoint presentation and how well
they worked together in a group. Also, by seeing how much information they retained.
