-Use other technical equipment. Ex. Tv, DVD player, VCR, etc.

Objectives
The learning outcome to this assignment is that the students will make their own
calendar and better prepare them for life in general by learning the months of the year.
Some students will have a little bit of trouble focusing, so by grabbing their attention will
help them better by focusing on the project. By changing the way the teacher teaches
2. every ten minutes will help the students that have ADHD stay focused. (Ex. First ten
minutes - Introducing the months. Second ten minutes – Instructed iPad time. Third –
Working together as group to put their birthdays in order. Fourth – Students make their
calendar. Etc.) Students will say their months in order. The students will create a
calendar every year as a fun project. They will keep it in the classroom for stickers that
are given to them by good behavior. They will also put important information on days
The activities will help students understand and will be able to remember the 12 months
of the year by doing 3 months a day for 4 days. One of the activities will allow the
students work together and line up in order of their birthdays.
A- The audience is the 1st grade class. Some students will have harder time
learning, so I will divide them up so they can have the proper help.
B- Students will recite the months of the year with a week using pictures, iPads, etc.
C- When they see the month of a year, they will talk about a holiday in the month. (if
there is one)
D- This will be done at 95% accuracy.

Utilize Methods, Media, Materials
-The students will have some knowledge of some of the months because of the teacher
will put the month on the board every day and ask the kid to write the month, date, and
year every day. I will start out asking them if they can tell me any months out of the year
by raising their hands. I will ask them a series of questions. (Ex. Does anybody know
what month Christmas is in? Does anybody know what month Thanksgiving is in?) I will
ask them to raise their hands when I say the month of their Birthday. I will give
examples on the board.
-They will get the iPads out and play games about the months of the year.
-The teacher show videos that will help the students understand the months of the year.
-Overhead projector will be used for my examples of the months of the year.
3. -They will use it through the year by putting their stickers on the exact date that they
were being rewarded on.
Learner Participation
Introduction:
Introduce the months in order by writing them on the board as the students say
them with the teacher.
They will participate in online games. They also will be raising their hands on the
month that their birthday is in. The students will work together by telling their birthday
(exact date) to the person next to them. They will all work together and stand in order of
their birthdays by month and date.
Activity:
The teacher will have blank sheet with squares for the dates and a blank spot for
the month up top. Students will make their own calendar to leave in the classroom to
and use it every day. They will put stickers in them daily as a reward for being good and
if they fill the Monday thru Friday up, they will get a reward.
Evaluate and Revise
-This will help the students learn the months of the year and will be fun at the same
time. The games should keep the students with ADHD focus and learn at the same
time.
-The will evaluate the students by watching how and what they do on their calendars. ---
The teacher will also watch them on the iPads.
-The teacher will evaluate the students by seeing how much they do know about the
months of the year by asking questions.
-The students will have a calendar to put their stickers in after being rewarded. The
teacher will ask them to go home and ask their parents or guardians what their birthday
is and have the students to put it down in their calendar.
-Students will visit the upper class and show them their calendars and tell them what
they have learned for that week.
