My history of employment is 30 years in banking and sales. I started out for Beneficial taking over a
failing office in Findlay Ohio and taking it from 1.2 million outstanding to 5.5 million in 3 years
making it the 3rd most profitable office in the Ohio division. I left there to sell vacuum cleaners. I
opened an office in Delaware Ohio with a 1500 dollar charge card and had 2.5 million in sales in 4
years. During that time we had the second largest telemarketing department in North America beaten
only by Ontario Canada. During that time I traveled Ohio, Michigan and Indiana doing sales and
motivation seminars for the company. I left that and started in mortgage origination's. I started with a
company that was 1 office and 3 people and designed a program that built the company to 6 offices and
60 employees. During this time I opened an office and built it to 13 originators 3 processors and we
were doing 12 to 18 million a month from a location of a third floor office and no advertising. When I
left that company to start my home improvement company they went back to 1 office and 6 employees.
I worked for a bank after that and made an office in Circleville Ohio generating enough business to
take it to the 3 largest office in Central Ohio. I have taken the last two years off but, still have close to
100 contacts that I have done business with.
I am looking for a company that I can work in a supervisory position or a good main street location
with an annual salary or salary plus commission. My ideal location would be a smaller community or
something in the Port Clinton, Lancaster, Newark, Logan areas.
