LETTER OF RECOMMENDATION – JONATHAN LAM
Jonathan Lam has recently completed a contract position for Pearl Recruitment Group,
working on the event; Perth Project Showcase for a period of approximately 5 weeks.
Jonathan’s main duties were;
 Creation of marketing materials i.e. banner, flyer, PowerPoint presentations
 Design of creation of company LinkedIn page
 Setting up Mail Chimp and coordinating guest invites
 Updating of spreadsheets
 Registration of guests and keeping attendance
 Researching new contacts to invite to the event
 Data entry
Jonathan significantly exceeded expectations and was a key team member for all matters
marketing and promotion. Jonathan was able to produce high quality marketing materials,
with only minimal instruction. Jonathan was extremely proactive, committed and diligent in
his work.
Having had around 20 – 30 interns work in our office previously, Jonathan would have to be
close to the very top. I see Jonathan as a young man of great potential, and would
wholeheartedly endorse him for a Graduate level position in Marketing, Advertising, or a
related field.
