Opportunity to enter one or more professional

4. What are some of the
competitive events students can
enter?
The FBLA-PBL National Awards Program
recognizes and rewards excellence in a broad
range of business and career-related areas.
Top state winners are eligible to compete for
national awards at the National Leadership
Conference each summer.
Competitive events fall into three categories:
individual, team, and chapter. Individual and team
events focus on skills useful in leadership and
career development; chapter events recognize
overall achievement and performance in chapter
management and growth.

competitive events students can
enter?
A few categories in which you could compete:
Accounting Principles, Computer Concepts,
Hospitality Management, Human Resources
Management, Impromptu Speaking, Marketing
Concepts, Sales Presentation, Social Media

6. Are there other things PBL will
get involved in as a chapter?
During a typical school year, the chapter will
be involved in 2 or 3 community service
projects.
