The Managed Care Rotational
Program allows you to rotate
through several departments, such
as business development,
contracting, network operations,

HealthSpring program.

As an associate, you’ll have

involved with core operations,
oversee projects, and manage
teams that have a direct
impact on the health and well-
being of those we serve.
Training & development
opportunities include
management skills,
Strengths Finder, effective
communication, conflict

talent, data analysis, and

During training, you’ll travel
to multiple service sites
around the country to gain

UNDERWRITING | LEADERSHIP TRAINING AND RISK ASSESSMENT PROGRAM
FOR UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS
Chose from a variety of
different career paths: pursue

business units to underwrite
new product lines, or transfer
into a new functional area
like Actuarial, Sales,
Marketing or Training.
Learn through a
combination of instructor-
led classroom training,
self-study, and on-the-job
experience for both Cigna
Group Insurance and
Cigna Healthcare.
You’ll help determine the
appropriate premium rate level
& plan design structure of
individual cases, analyze total
case profitability, and conduct
customer negotiations with
Sales and Account Management
on their book of business.
