Phi Beta Lambda (PBL) is the largest business student organization in the world with over 250,000 members. It allows Sinclair students to build a professional portfolio through leadership roles and competitive events in areas like accounting, marketing, and human resources. Students can also participate in community service projects and professional development workshops. Annual dues are $10 nationally, $7-10 for the state chapter, and $20 to join the Sinclair PBL chapter.

 Is the largest and oldest business student
organization in the world!
 A quarter of a million students, faculty,
educators, administrators, and business
professionals have chosen to be members of
the premier business education association
preparing students for careers in business.

 Can build a portfolio of documented
accomplishments as a complement to your

Social Media in the Job Search Process”.
 Opportunity to enter one or more professional

competitive events students can
enter?
 The FBLA-PBL National Awards Program
recognizes and rewards excellence in a broad
range of business and career-related areas.
 Top state winners are eligible to compete for
national awards at the National Leadership
Conference each summer.
 Competitive events fall into three categories:
individual, team, and chapter. Individual and team
events focus on skills useful in leadership and
career development; chapter events recognize
overall achievement and performance in chapter
management and growth.

 During a typical school year, the chapter will
be involved in 2 or 3 community service
projects.
