Bartender: In charge of providing beverage service for outside events including golf tournaments,
weddings, parties, and Holliday events. Along with suggesting what should be served at these events.
Posses a good understanding of the demographics of the guest, and suggest an appropriate beverage
menu to ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction. Provide opinions in choosing beer, wine, and
spirit selections to the Bar Manager. Opening and closing duties, train new bartenders, along with
bartending at the main, and satellite bars. Act as manager on the floor when the assistant GM is not
at parties, or our dinning rooms. Helped in the draft beer expansion offering suggestions for beers to
meet our guest’s expectations. Redlands Country Club also added a new bar named the 19th hole,
contractors asked my opinion in the thought process as to what the bar would need, and gave
suggestions for the drink menu.
2. Flashbacks Saloon 2005-2009

trainingand hiringsecurity personnel,and creatingemployee schedules. Also the business purchased two
more bars whileworking for them. They would constantly bringme new staff to train,whilemoving the
trained staff into the new facilities.
Redlands Country Club 2002-2005
Maintenance Supervisor: Responsible for building maintenance for the main clubhouse, snack bar,
pro shop, and members cart barn. Maintain all club owned golf carts, and member carts. Hiring, and
firing of the maintenance crew, along with training, and direct supervision of the maintenance staff.
Redlands Country Club 1999-2002
Server/ Bartender: Duties include opening and closing. Catering to large events such as golf
tournaments, banquets, and serving the formal dinning room. Duties also included training new
employees to the standard of Redlands Country Club.
