Majority of the answers to my question were
other magazines I haven't put down. However
the next highest amount with 25% is Kerrang,
this will help me by seeing how kerrang market
and design their magazine which could help
inspire ideas for my magazine.

Red hot chili peppers, 30 seconds to mars,
fall out boy, Green day and linkin park
show up a lot in the answers. This means
that they are very popular answers

One direction, ariana grande and other
music which is part of the pop genre
aren't popular and liked choice for my
target audience. This helps because it
shows that i shouldn't feature any
bands or artist from the pop genre
because i'll have a decrease in my
target audience.

70% of the answers are people who prefer posters in a music
magazine, 20% are not bothered and rest don't like posters.
This helps me decide what i should put in my magazine to
attract more of my target audience so i might feature posters in
my magazine.

Most people are willing to read 30
pages of a music magazine, this means
that i shouldn't have a lot of pages in my
magazine because my target audience
might lose interest in reading a lot of
pages. I could also make my articles
more interesting to intrigue my target
audience into reading more pages
because it's keeping them interested.

37.5% of my audience answered £2.99 as the most they are willing to read
and second most popular answer is £1.99 with 29.17% and the third was
25% of my audience are willing to pay £3.99. This helps me decide how
much my magazine should cost because i know how much majority of my
audience are willing to pay. I'll make my magazine £2.99 because it's the
middle price between the three and most popular answer.

magazine?
41.67% of my audience has chosen monthly and the
other two answers are both equal with how many people
have chosen. This helps me decide what frequency of
publication is best for my magazine. I'll make my
magazine come out monthly because it's the most
popular answer and more people are likely to buy it if it
comes out monthly because more people will have to
money to buy it monthly then every week or every other
week.

bothered this shows that my target audience
are not going to judge or not buy my magazine
if it doesn't have a male or female on the front,
therefore the front cover of my magazine will
feature whoever the main article is about for
example if the main article is about red hot chili

time, this means that my music magazine will be
very popular because it’ll be everything to do with
music and will help them find more and new
interesting bands/artists.

This shows that most of my target audience are willing
to read two columns of writing so i'll put two columns to
give the audience the right amount of information
without giving them too little of too much.

were female this means that i should advertise my

1-2 times a month this implies that my
magazine should only come out once or twice
a month to keep my target audience
interested and able to purchase my

me decide if i should feature a lot of bands and gigs that are
going on so my target audience know if their favourite bands
or artists are playing live.

artist on the front cover and other bands and
artists feature. This helps because it shows
that i should put a popular band on the front
cover to attract my target audience and have

This signifies that i should have my magazine
31-40 pages so my target audience are more

that i should feature an instrument on the cover of
