Audience: the target audience for this product are middle class to high class teenagers and
adults with interests in video games.
Who is your audience? Be very detailed; age, gender, social status, psychographic etc
Why would your project appeal to this person?
Legal & Ethical Considerations: I will most likely have to put an age rating on my product as
there may be stories and themes of a violent nature, aside from this there should be very
little issues. There may be issues with some religions as there is a stage set in a church
and also the depiction of the resurrection of the dead, a warning on the packaging would do
to deter anyone who could take offence. The only thing similar to any other game is the
genre which is side scrolling fighter, after that it is all unique.

How will you ensure you do not offend anyone?
Are you using characters/names/logos of existing products/IPs?
Will you product be sufficiently different from existing products to not get sued for copyright
