What is your product about? Discuss what you would put in it (be specific). Does it have a story? If
so, discuss it here My product will be about newly released games and up and coming releases,
my product will cover gameplay, reviews, images and dates.
Audience:
Who is your audience? Be very detailed; age, gender, social status, psychographic etc
Why would your project appeal to this person? My product is mainly aimed at young males aged
12-20+. The magazine will not aimed at any kind of specific person as anybody is open to enjoy
videogames.
Legal & Ethical Considerations:
Think about any offensive material you will include? Violence, sexual content
Will you restrict younger people using/accessing it? no
Will it offend any social groups/religions/ethnicities? The depends on the type og games being
showcased.
How will you ensure you do not offend anyone? Do not include anything that can possibly be
racist, sexist.
Are you using characters/names/logos of existing products/IPs? yes
Will you product be sufficiently different from existing products to not get sued for copyright
infringement? Yes
