Abstract
I’m a self-motivated professional with over 10 (10) years of work experience in handling wide range of
administrative & executive support related tasks with an aptitude to work independently with little or no
supervision; having worked in different multi-national companies of esteem stature such as : Cisco Systems
India Pvt. Ltd & Aon Hewitt Pvt. Ltd. I have had the opportunity & privilege of working for & along with people
from all walks of lives, stature & cultures; the exposure thus received made me over the time on my
communications skills both written and oral.
I’ve knowledge base and experience to manage Administration, Customer Support and Vendor Management etc.
I’m presently working for Cisco Systems India Pvt. Ltd. As Executive Assistant to Director {IOT Sales India},
based at BPTP Park, Tower B, Plot NO.15, Phase 4, Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon, Haryana India. Cisco Systems, Inc.
is an American multinational technology company headquartered in San Jose, California, that designs,
manufactures, and sells networking equipment.

Role and Responsibilities:
 Maintain manager’s calendar -- plan and schedule meetings, teleconferences and travel. (coordination for
air tickets and hotel bookings through Amex, passport and visa application for different countries, calendar
management, organizing in-house meetings, food arrangements in conferences booking of restaurants
for outdoor events etc.) Handle and redirect calls, set up, maintain and improve data management
systems
 Prepare correspondence, documents, organize data, generate reports
 Generate daily / monthly / weekly monthly reminders for critical to-do items to be completed including
both recurring and one off items.
 Filling all travel expenses claims for reimbursement and checking the expenses for the team to avoid any
compliance issues

 Provide administrative and business support to MD, his directs etc .and support their management teams.
 Assist in ensuring prompt and effective follow up on all Internal and external meetings based on
Calendar information.
 Maintaining high level confidentiality on the activities handled in my role.
 Managing last minute changing schedules.
 Meeting and Action Points Management:
 Follow Up on Action Points generated in these meetings and ensure their closure with updates
 Organizing Video Conferencing and Tele Presence meetings across the globe.
 Clerical work- scanning and keeping photocopies of all important office documents.
 Ensuring that timely approvals are given on the tool for all requests of the team to avoid escalations.
 Coordinating requests related to AMEX Card, Mobile Connection & Data Card Business Cards, Mobile
Connections, Data Cards, Cakes, Flowers, Parking stickers, House Keeping etc.).
 Taking care of the new joiner’s onboarding and exit formalities process.
 Plan and co-ordinate all aspects of the events logistics such as:
- Venue search and negotiation
