Visual merchandising – Come up with new ideas and designs for shop floor and

Position – Team leader/Shop floor supervisor on Nike department
Responsibilities

Customer service – Provide high level of customer service to demanding customers.
Visual merchandising – stock controlling and replenishing.
 Register operation –
Taking payments, cash handling and register organisation.
Phone operation – Providing customer service to customers enquiring over the
phone, managing demanding customers and their issues over the phone.
Volkswagen Wayside – Kingston, Milton Keynes
Position – Full time driver
Responsibilities
Collecting and delivering new and used vehicles (including luxury cars for VIP
customers) within the UK.
DVLA – Registering vehicles and completing tax enquiries and also completing a
high level of administration duties.
I have several years of experience in sales and customer service. I have a positive
attitude, am enthusiastic and a motivated drive. I believe going the extra mile for a
company is important and that providing exceptional customer service is the
forefront to any successful business. My experience in customer service and sales is
extensive and I have gained many valuable skills and attributes from this. I am a
very driven person, constantly setting goals and taking on challenges. I believe in
hard work and I am reliable, friendly and have great problem solving and social
skills as well as being determined. I work well in both a team and independently.
