Project Name Jet Pump Program at Cakran - Mollaj Oilfield, Albania
Date Range 06/2011 – 09/2012
Occupation Production Engineer at Stream Oil and Gas Ltd
Role in the project Project Manager
Description Project Management for the Jet Pump Program at Cakran – Mollaj Oilfield. This is a high
pressure carbonate formation producing oil that varies from 20 to 32 API. The goal of this
2 year project was the installation of 12 jet pump systems. The project involved multiple
stages, disciplines, activities, services starting from engineering studies, cost and risk
assessment, planning and programming, materials and services purchasing and
mobilization and then execution from downhole operations to the construction of
supporting facilities. Then the optimization of the production and day to day operations
was the next stage of the project
Project Members - Dan Erickson – Technical Manager danroyerickson@gmail.com
- Wayne Arnold – Oil Division Director warnold.falcon@gmail.com
Success Range of the
project
The project was very successful because of the following reasons:
- Despite of encountering many barriers and difficulties (such as very tight
deadlines to meet which often were subject of change, poor support from
logistics and supply chain) the installation process was completed on time and
good quality
- It was due to this project that the oil production in this field jumped from around
800 bopd to 2000 bopd
Project Name Operations Support for Shpirag 2 Drilling Project in Berat, Albania
Date Range 10/2012 – 07/2013
Occupation Operations Support Engineer at Weatherford Services Ltd
Role in the project Operations Support Engineer
Description Shpirag 2 was an exploration well drilled by Petromanas Energy Inc. in Block 2, Berat area
southeast of Albania. Weatherford was involved with 2 main product lines in this project:
Tubular Running Systems, which integrated equipment, tools and personnel for
successfully running with no downtime or any incident 5 liners / casings and the
production tubing across the project.
Fishing tools and expertise - this was a complicated drilling project in aspect of formation
stability which led to several issues with drilling string being stuck, especially in the last
phase of the drilling.
Project Members - Simon Peach – Country Manager srpeach@icloud.com
Success Range of the
project
The project was very successful because despite of many issues with formation
instabilities while drilling, which often led to significant shrink of schedule for operations
call out, Weatherford equipment, manpower and expertise were always supplied with no
downtime and with high quality. In every stage of the project. Although they didn't make
to reach at the projected depth in the payout zone, the project resulted very successful as
the testing production rates were very promising (up to 1,300 barrels per day of 35 to 37
degree API oil). The high quality performance in this project was a strong reason for the
same client to select Weatherford as a supplier for more product lines on the subsequent
drilling project

Project Name Operations Support for Molisht 1 Drilling Project in Berat, Albania
Date Range 08/2013 – 09/2014
Occupation Operations Support Engineer at Weatherford Services Ltd
Role in the project Operations Supervisor
Description Molisht 1 was an exploration well drilled by Petromanas Energy Inc. in Block 3, Berat area
southeast of Albania. This was the subsequent well after the successful project of the first
well they drilled in this block. They originally projected to drill a vertical well with TD
@5500 from surface but then in the end the TD was set @4800 m due to so many issues
with formation instabilities while drilling.
Weatherford was involved with 6 main product lines in this project:
- Tubular Running Systems, which integrated equipment, tools and personnel for
successfully running with no downtime or any incident 5 liners / casings and the
production tubing across the project;
- Fishing tools and expertise - this was a complicated drilling project in aspect of
formation stability which led to several issues with drilling string being stuck,
especially in the last phase of the drilling;
- Cementing Products, that dealt mainly with just sales part such as float
equipment and casing accessories;
- Surface Logging Systems. This system was installed and was present 24/7 on site.
It integrated one cabin and related tools inventory on site and rotational crew.
The project meant to monitor and analyze cuts from mudding system to look for
presence of H2S while drilling;
- Real time data system was an integral part of the surface logging. With this
system you are able to generate drilling logs on real time while drilling;
- Wireline services. For this project only CBL and VSP operations were conducted
