Ten years of experience on pipelines and piping for oil and gas industries at Khalda
Petroleum Company a joint venture between Apache Corporation and the Egyptian
General Petroleum Corporation (EGPC), Projects General Division in the Western
Desert of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
My objective To obtain a meaningful and challenging position as Projects Engineer where I can

WORK EXPERIENCE
Hydra Gas Facility
Hydra is a hot, normally pressured gas condensate field located in the western desert of EGYPT that
is being developed by Khalda Petroleum Company (KPC), Hydra facilities constructed in two phases
accommodate the fluids only in early field life where the pressures are sufficiently high enough to
free flow to the host facilities. Fluids will be cooled and separated via a three-phase separator.
Hydra Phase IIID (Pipeline)
This project consists of installation of two new 12" CS schedule 80 pipelines with total length 44 km
buried and all related above ground piping such as launcher, receiver, tie ins, shutdown system,
utilities system, ….) To flow gas and recombined condensate between Hydra Facility and Shams
Manifold with export compression and condensate pumping at Hydra Facility.
Akik Gas Plant
Akik Gas Plant Relocation from Alameen site to Salam Base new location and Tie-In with the Salam
gasplant train 1&2 in lead theproject throughdifferentphasessuchas planning, construction, testing
andpre-commissioning in orderto ensureproperorganizationofworkactivities, andreasonableness
of time frames and lead commissioning team in to order to achieve the plant first gas in and start up.
Gad and Maggie Field Gas Development Project
The project includingabout twentyhigh pressure gasduplex(22% Cr) buried flow lineswith total 120 km
length 8" diameter with gas requirement equipment.
Kahrman Oil Facility And Water Flood
ExtensionofKahrman Oil Facility byaddingtwo new trainswith shipping pumps areaand2500 BBL tank
Adding fivehighpressure waterdisposal pumps ,15000 BBL /day with two disposal tanksand all related
auxiliaries and control system.
Abu Gharadik 18" Strategic Line 206km
- Inspection for 206 km gas line 18" diameter using intelligent pig.
- Detect damage and defects point along 206 km line and perform all required maintenance.
- Chemical cleaning, Hydro test the whole line, dewatering and draying.
- Construct and install new launcher and receiver.
- Construct new metering system and all required tie in with trunk line.
- Commissioning with nitrogen and start up.
Qasr Power Station
Engineering,planning and construction of QasrGas PowerStationwith mobile gas turbine(3 each) and
achieve the interconnecting piping required with all required accessories.
Salam Gas Plant Filter Coalscer and Metering Skid
Fabrication and installation of six units with all interconnection piping of filter coalscer and mercury
removal fabrication and installation for metering system for Salam gas plant (400 MMCFD).
Qasr Gas Field Development Project
The project including about thirty highpressuregasduplex(22% Cr)flow lineswith total 100km with gas
requirement equipment.

Chelsea Gas Field Development Project
Construction fortrunk lines and flow lines with total 90 km carbonsteel materialswith all gas facilities
included (manifolds, separators, Gas compressors…)
Tarek Trunk Lines
Approx.(30km)carbonsteel 12" linewith three wells(medium pressure) andall requiredmodificationfor
gas plant (tie in point) .
Emergency and Planned Shut Down
Responsible for all planned and emergency shutdown maintenance and modification work for five gas
plants (Salam, Tarek, Qasr, Hydra and Khepri gas plant).
