Responsible for the overall execution of the quality inspection plan at project site
through a well managed team of activity inspectors. Responsible for ensuring that,
construction / manufacturing methods are in line with quality inspection plans and
are well understood by concerned supervisors; places emphasis and concentration
on quality cost reduction opportunities.
Control of Non Conformance Products
Posting quality concerns that require improvements, site manager involvement for
timely rectification. Responsible for ensuring that CARs are raised for every rejection
/ rework as occurred / pointed out by the QA/QC Inspectors / Execution Team and
are cleared by target date. Ensure that reject / rework data is given to planning for
analysis, costing and record.
Proactivity
A principle of proactivity is followed extensively through-out all phases of
construction.
Training
Identify training needs of QA & QC and ensures trained manpower deployed at job.
Audit
Plan and Conduct Internal Audits in accordance with Company’s Integrated
Management System and Client Specifications; at all major construction projects &
fabrication shops.
Plant Turn-Around (Shut-Down) Activities
