Taking care of facility and admin activities like housekeeping & cafeteria management, vendor
management, pest control, safety & security management, responsible for employee services general
services.
House Keeping:
 Taking care of the entire internal house keeping activities. Planning overall tasks based on
daily maintenance, restorative needs and scheduling cleaning requirements.
 Planning manpower quantity, scheduling and allocation.
 Inspecting all the building process floors and surroundings.
 Daily assessment of performance, ensuring functional smoothness of taking over and handing
over shifts and responsibilities.
 Deploying the HK boys more or less as per the client requirement. .
Team attendance maintenance:
 Preparing the attendance details of all the team members’ monthly basis.
 Calculating manpower strengths, Extra Duty’s and preparing the reports.
Front Office:
 Accepting applications for Business cards, Posters, certificates, Banners Letter heads, GRN
books sending information to the vendor follow-up for delivery, issuing the same to the
concerned.
 Preparing Monthly consumption reports for stationary.
 Handling Client Visits and arrangements snacks and lunch.
Safety Maintenance:
 Maintaining first aid kit at site always ready for user standards at site by educating the visitors
as well as the team as and when needed.
Guest House Arrangements:
 Providing accommodation to the guests.
 Welcoming the guests and taking care of all the requirements.
