* Responsible for MIS reports and carried out weekly / monthly / quarterly / yearly / Review reports of our Centre.
* Processing employee reimbursements on a weekly basis, maintaining petty cash on day-to-day basis.
* Taking care of procurements which involve Tender, Quote, Negotiations, preparing purchase orders, Issue of
Purchase order / Work order with necessary approvals.
* Coordination with ops team & other support staffs for resolving any admin & facility related issues / concerns.
Addressing admin & Operations weekly meet.
* Conduct daily facility walks and rectify defects – log is maintained. Monitoring the general maintenance of
infrastructure. Coordination for preparing the facility related snag list and updating the status of the snag list on a
weekly basis.
* Implementation of various standard formats and checklist.
* Daily Routine Checkup of Diesel Generator, MCCB panels and UPS,AC units regular servicing, complete electrical
work and checkups.
* Maintaining Data sheet and Daily Report of whole Site.
* Have knowledge about S T P (Sewage Treatment Plant).
* Travel – Handling Different types of VISA process according to Employees requirements, ticket bookings,
accommodation facility, invitation letter, covering letter, scheduling VISA appointments with consulates etc.
