humble beginnings as an Assistant Administrator at Crescent of Hope to successfully climbing up the
corporate ladder as can be viewed in my CV. I am currently a General Manager for a recycling company.

administrations skills and a high level of accuracy. I am hard working and willing to learn. I am now

Professional Achievements
When I joined Whole Earth Recycling in 2011 the company was not doing well at this stage. They were
running at a loss. However within my six months’ probation I have shown a great deal of interest,
developed new ideas and came up with a strategy to sort out the situation at hand. These leadership
skills have led to the achievement of my promotion as Managing Director.

Submitting monthly reports on weight recycled for various customers, general
customers support (collection, bookings, and schedules). Making calls to
customers. Registered listing of customers done monthly. Accommodating
complicated customers e.g. collections from 10:00am etc.
 Staff:
The daily Managing of four collections teams (14 staff). Signing and approving
leave. Leave rosters. Employee files and details (work permits up to date). The
part-time managing of the warehouse team. (Two managers & twenty sorters).
Administration assistant and financial assistant managed regularly. Meetings held
with staff regularly to discuss the days’ activity and tasks. Some of my duties were
performance management and staff recruitment.
 Operations:
Stock controlling. Ordering recycling suppliers when required e.g. bins, bags, and
stickers. The relevant arranging the deliveries of bins, bags and stickers to
customers. Collections routing new customers to add and remove cancelled
customers. Allocating collection teams on daily collection routing. Rescheduling
collections as necessary, trucks need services, repairs and maintenance, licenses
done when required. Arranging the collections of sorted recyclables to the
relevant buyback centers. E.g. paper or glass collections.

where I was promoted to Managing Director of the recycling company.
