RECRUITMENT ACTIVITIES:
• Involved in the overall recruitment and sourcing process within the organization
• Coordinating the interviews and after initial screenings forward the short-listed
candidates CV to the senior manager and manager.
• Responsible for scheduling interviews, interview follow-ups, reference checks and
salary negotiation and making offers to the prospective candidates.
• Verify their certificates and address of communications, perhaps they are coming
from city or mofussil.
HR GENERAL ACTIVITIES:
• Induction and Joining formalities for all the new hires and joiners
• Payroll management, processing details to accounts department.
• Maintaining Staff Database.
• Performance appraisal
• Maintaining & updating employee's files and leave records

• Involved in designing and implementing Recruitment policies and systems

• Focus on multiple ongoing assignments
• Interact with the staffs (HR resources / Technical Resources) to obtain understand
analyze the requirement
• Create action plans for the assignments along with manager, senior manager and the
rest of the team and carry out the assignment
• Conduct preliminary discussions with candidates on experience profile related
grounds to analyze suitability of candidates, shortlist the candidates and present
them to the same department.
• Coordinate the interview process
• Provide backup to the manager in managing the team (6 members) in his absence

• Maintenance of data bases related to on-boarding process.

• Processing salary & Joining Bonus inputs to Finance.
• Coordinating Induction process for the new hires.
