• Supporting the Group Health and Safety Manager and Facilities Manager Line.
• Diary Management for the Property Director – Line Manager for 3 receptionists and
Project Administrator including conducting their yearly performance review, approving

• Liaising with the Facilities Contractor to ensure all UK sites have the services required in
the contract
• Arranging all first aid courses and Fire Marshal training - Raising purchase orders and
authorising invoices for payment.
• Managing new starters with their security access badges and client data relating to the

down alarm reports on ad hoc basis.

MAIN ACHIEVEMENTS
Relocation of staff from the Northgate Hemel Hempstead Office in 2005 as part of the
Property team following the Buncefield Explosion as we were located directly in front of
the Oil Refinery we had to act quickly to move staff to our other offices within a
reasonable vicinity and then work closely together oversome months to ensure we set up
new locations for those staff and support the Disaster Recovery Team to provide support.
Managing and Supporting Reception Staff to set up new Security System toensure they
are fully knowledgeable in the system, providing ID passes, running reports, producing
relevant information for Compliance relating toClient Data.
1999 – 2006 Personal Assistant and In-House Facilities Administrator
• Personal Assistant to Group Property Manager – Managing all the in-house facilities for
all 40 sites around the UK – Diary Management – Taking minutes at project meetings
which involved all office moves across the UK.
• Point of contact for any in-house facilities issues
• Supporting the Project Managers liaising with Contractors and staff during office moves
– supervising and co-ordinating work of 5 site engineers, including maintaining their
holiday and sickness records, processing their expenses – Covering reception out of
hours.
