CCTV Controller,working on a flexible shiftpattern. Duties include responding to alarm activations from the
Virgin Media property portfolio, liaising with Site Facilities managers,Helpdesks,Alarm Monitoring Centre,Patrol
and Response units and Emergencyservices.Take overall control for incidents from informing and liaising with
emergencyservices,informing Senior and Duty Managers,arranging suitable remedial work,completing all
relevant incidentpaperwork.Maintaining accurate records in line with Control room procedures.Ensuring thatthe
Virgin Media portfolio remains secure bysetting and un-setting alarms,maintaining nightlychecks to confirm that
