PROFILE
An experienced and highly motivated security services manager, with a keen eye for detail, I am able to
prioritise and can work on my own initiative or as well as part of a team. I have over 25 years’ operational
experience, specialising in the manned guarding sector. I have worked at all levels from security officer to
operational support manager, and have been responsible for all aspects of a portfolio containing 18 sites. Until
recent redundancy on October 10th
2014, I was responsible as the Security Manager/Deputy Soft Services
Manager, in a 2500 person call centre, and additionally, a critical technical switch site containing assets and
business in excess of £3 billion for a global telecommunications company. My skills, knowledge and experience

required to be implemented on the contract, often at National Level. Highly proficient in IT related tasks, in
particular Microsoft Office suite of applications.
