As an Assurance Officer working with Network, SEQ, Facilities,

To show to external and internal contractors where needed in the field a safe working and a compliant
work place at all times. To audit and valuate working codes and licenses, to have input in contract
renewals ,to identify and insure the rectification of any problems relating to contractors and their work

Business Support officer

As a business support officer working in Station Operations, Customer Service, Business Support Office,
Duties and responsibilities included :-
To undertake all duties in a safe manner.
Provision of excellent customer service to internal and external customers and stakeholders.
Assist in the reporting of documents.
Facilitate classes, and coordinate scheduling for training purposes.
Update information such as training procedures, requirements, as needed.
Develop training schedules for casual schools.
Liaise with management and their secretaries to schedule attendance for upcoming classes.

disusing time of duty with management, six personnel per class ensuring attendance, upgrading
qualifications, sending monthly LMS reports to CSM locations enabling them to keep a tracking report of
staff who required participation in training keeping with business requirements.
As a sap administrator for Station Operations I scheduled classes and upgraded staff qualifications in
LMS.
Completed the Du-Pont safety course, perform safety interactions on a monthly basis.
Assist in the ongoing instruction of the roster center casual pool.
Giving excellent support to the station operations network.
Performed stock control of time tables to stations introducing a network spread sheet, ordering and
organizing the distribution of time table stock from the supplier to the network Translink locations and
local councils.

Duties and responsibilities included :-

schedules and any changes made by control ensuring the smooth and precise operation of cash boxes
values and other station information sent and received.
Ensuring team members are complying with safe work procedures and continue to educate in all
aspects of Queensland Rails Zero Harm policies.
Perform duties associated with the supervision and safe working of staff and customer alike.
To meet the demands and exigencies of the service and requirements of customers.
Provide supervision of traffic operations at the station to ensure prompt and safe dispatch of trains, safe
handling of cash and other assignments/consignments, and safe and free flow of customers.
Attend to customer requirements by providing an excellent standard of customer service that
encourages the public to regularly use our services.
Ensure staff rostered under my control are trained and utilized to their best advantage to provide
efficient working in accordance with workplace health and safety guidelines and established procedures

Perform various duties within the city network stations to meet the demands and exigencies of the
service and expectations of the customer.
Support the delivery of customer service initiatives within Queensland Rail.
Attend to customer requirements by providing a high standard of customer service in a prompt, accurate
and efficient manner.
Performing customer service duties across a wide variety of network stations, assisting with closures
special events and areas where extra teams were needed.
Performed cleaning duties, VIP and disabled customer assistance, crowd control.
Being vigilant at all times and insuring the workplace was free from obstruction and hazards.

As a CSA.1 (casual customer service assistant) my duties were to perform excellent customer service to
internal and external customers keeping within the requirements of roles responsibilities and safety.
As this was a casual position for a time I performed home handyman duties and assisted a gyprock
installer.

Glazing was a large part of my work as I was a qualified tradesman, plastering, painting, building

Packaging and stock controller/GSI verifications

Meriram was a market leader in the processing of breakfast cereals and health foods prepack and bulk.
Duties and responsibilities included :-
I supervised the order picking team, supervised the storage of all packaging, labeling, and bulk food
product.
I moved within the company creating a new position where I controlled the tracking of the company’s
product ensuring the smooth movement of stock between departments and reducing loss and damage
by 20%.
I monitored production processes and the accurate recording of such to enhance the tracking and
monitoring of stock levels ensuring for the first time required quantities when needed and reducing over
production giving a cost saving around 10%.
Introduced and controlled an internal bar coding system including scanners, applying to all products
ensuring a precise tracking system for stored stock within the three warehouses, this system was to
enhance the production side of the company having complete and precise knowledge of stock quantities
and its locations .
Supervised all weekly, quarterly, and annual stock takes involving up to 20 counters.
Personally uploaded all scanned data creating ease of finance control for the accountant.
Involved myself in trouble shooting the warehouses creating a safer and more productive area to work.
Aided in the formatting of printing machine layout and serviced machines if needed.
Having good attention to detail I pride myself in the work place and continued to achieve positive results
for the company until the sale and move to Melbourne.

My work was noticed quickly and requested by shop owners leading me to supply some pieces to no
less than twelve shops.
Also making wedding gifts, and some extremely different giftware.

Duties and responsibilities included :-
I created a windscreen repair and replacement business after managing and training for another
company.
Sourcing customer from a very competitive market.
Which included
1. Australian Defense Force, Milton, Enoggera. Kedron, Amberly.
2. Many Insurance companies.
3. Society of St Vincent de Paul.
4. Catholic Church.
5. Blue nurses.
6. Numerous car yards and auctions.
7. Individual private homes and businesses.
8. I manufactured my own windscreen repair equipment supplying too many independent operators
including one operator in Egypt, the repair equipment was very technical and required drawings
enabling an engineer to manufacture required components, I made a timber model of the main body
and had it sand cast, there was rubber products manufactured from drawings as well as conversations
with manufacturers engineers and designers.
